Learning in London

With so many world-class museums and historical sites, a few months in London gives you a lifetime of knowledge. Some of my favorite sites have included:

The British Museum is one of the most famous museums in the world and hosts some of mankind’s most impressive artifacts from around the world. Highlights include the Rosetta Stone, Egyptian mummies, and the frieze from the Parthenon.

The Natural History Museum is fun for the whole family, including specimens and pieces from the Natural World. In an afternoon, you can see rare jewels, dinosaur fossils, and animal exhibits.

The Imperial War Museum has pieces from the United Kingdom’s wars and foreign involvements. Vehicles, uniforms, and even a rocket can be found in this museum.

The Victoria and Albert Museum is home to many pieces of art and sculpture with both European and Asian collections. Additionally, they have had many other exhibits including photographs and jewelry.

This list is by no means exhaustive, and London has a something for everyone. With so many places to learn and experience, where would you like to go?
